Busy moms are rediscovering the joys of the kitchen with a little help from the chef.

The Pampered Chef, that is.

Hosting her inaugural Mom’s Cooking Class on Monday, September 16, Pampered Chef representative Elena Hall made a glamourous lunch party look easy. At a table set for a dozen guests complete with hot pink chargers, it was the kind of lunch get together that would normally take overnight to prep. With help from her Pampered Chef equipment, and all the fresh ingredients on hand, her gourmet recipes took under half an hour and in some cases as little as 15 minutes to prep and assemble.

The smiles on the faces of busy women spending their mid-morning sipping fruity, flavored water, giggling and working together while testing out Hall’s Pampered Chef tools said it all – who knew it was this easy?

Generations have been taking advantage of the time-saving kitchen equipment under the Pampered Chef brand. Bailey moved from Colorado with her family to Flagler County and said her mom passed down a Pampered Chef piece to her.

A household name, Pampered Chef is among those who have set the culinary industry standard such as Tupperware, CorningWare or Le Creuset.

“My mom and my aunt grew up on Pampered Chef and from I was little,” said Bailey. “They started off with the original chopper. I met Elena from selling farm fresh eggs from our farm, and she has Pampered Chef, so that’s what started me looking into it.”

Hosting a virtual party with family back in Colorado, she wanted to try out the products in real life.

“I had a virtual party and wanted to see how the products worked, what the recipes taste like because you see the recipes and say, that is too much time, I’m not doing it. Seeing it done, these recipes are 10-or-15 minute recipes,” she said. “We have two toddlers at home, and I’m pregnant and we have a farm, so it’s like, I’m not doing this tonight, but this is super easy.”

Not only is it perfect for busy moms on the go, but it’s perfect for senior citizens cooking for one person or people looking to eat healthier using meal prep.

“My mom, who’s been eating cookies and popcorn for dinner, is now doing the seasoning packets, all the different recipes they have using the new cooking products,” said Bailey.

“It’s super easy for her because she travels all the time and lives alone. She’s an hour away from us, so it’s not like she can just stop over for dinner. And the products that are offered, are so easy for meal prep. You can do it pre-cooked or freeze it and put it all together.”

As a Pampered Chef sales representative for five years, Elena Hall has found joy in helping others find joy in their kitchen, using the high-quality products from Pampered Chef, and growing her network as an entrepreneur.

From the Editor:

It was so much fun to watch the ladies working together in the kitchen under the direction of Elena Hall. Not only was she the epitome of a gracious hostess, she offered tips about the Pampered Chef products and demonstrated how to operate each one.

Timing is everything in a kitchen, especially when planning a luncheon or dinner party. It’s important that each course is ready on time or that the main course dishes are ready together so they may be served as intended.

Watching the cooking class participants share the responsibilities, from prep and clean up to the final touches, everything was ready simultaneously for the luncheon, including the freshly garnished Apple Flatbread, the creamy Thai Pumpkin soup, and the dainty, delicious Pesto Chicken Salad croissants.

Loving to work in the kitchen, the mandolin is on my personal holiday wish list after seeing it in action. I especially enjoyed seeing how quickly fresh, scratch kitchen recipes can be prepared.  If you’re looking to add new recipes to your menu or looking for a no pressure, fun, cooking class in a relaxed setting, give Elena a call.
